Agreement

By using Habitino, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The Service

Habitino is a habit tracking application. We provide tools to create habits, track daily check-ins, maintain streaks, and visualize your progress. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may sign in with Apple or Google. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings, which permanently removes all your data.

Your Content

You own the content you create (habit names, descriptions, reflections, photos). By using the service, you grant us a license to store and display your content back to you across your devices. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable Use

Don't use the service for anything illegal or harmful. Don't attempt to access other users' data. Don't abuse the API or attempt to overload our servers.

Purchases & Refunds

Habitino offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Habitino Pro") that unlocks additional features. This is a non-consumable purchase — you pay once and own it forever. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

  • Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • If a refund is granted, access to Pro features will be revoked.
  • You can restore a previous purchase at any time from the app's Settings or the upgrade screen.
  • The free tier provides core functionality (up to 5 habits, 5-minute focus timer, basic stats, 30-day history). The free tier is fully functional and is not a trial.

Limitation of Liability

Habitino is a productivity tool, not medical advice. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost streaks, data loss, or missed habits.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
